Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

  • Annual subscription fees
  • Upgrade fees
  • Additional user fees

2.2 Limited Refund Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: Prolonged service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours due to our fault
  • Billing Errors: Incorrect charges due to our billing system errors
  • Duplicate Charges: Accidental duplicate billing

2.3 Refund Request Process

To request a refund under the limited circumstances above:

  • Contact support@easycablesizing.com within 7 days of the issue
  • Provide detailed information about the problem
  • Allow us 5-10 business days to investigate
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10-15 business days

3. Chargeback and Dispute Protection

3.1 Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Termination of service access
  • Collection of chargeback fees and administrative costs
  • Permanent ban from future service use

3.2 Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any payment dispute, you agree to:

  • Contact our support team to resolve the issue
  • Allow 10 business days for resolution
  • Provide all necessary information to investigate the claim
  • Work in good faith to resolve the matter

4. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee:

  • 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers
  • Error-free operation at all times
  • Specific performance metrics

4.2 Data and Calculation Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

  • We are not liable for calculation accuracy or implementation
  • Data backup is your responsibility

5. Account Termination

5.1 Termination by Us

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions.

6.2 Failed Payments

If payment fails:

  • We will attempt to collect payment for up to 7 days
  • Your account may be suspended during this period
  • After 7 days, your account will be terminated
  • You remain liable for any outstanding fees

7. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
